Overview of Stop Smoking Program

As a part of the Smoking Cessation Program you will enjoy full service Naturopathic Care to support you during this challenging time and to improve and maintain your new goal of optimal health.

Using a combination of many approaches this successful program is a very comprehensive method to help you kick the habit. The program includes 8 visits over a five week period taking you through the toughest first two weeks and more.

The program includes the use of natural treatments such as acupuncture - body & auricular, nutritional supplementation, guided imagery, homeopathic medicine and botanical medicine to assist your body in detoxification and to help deal with cravings, and mental/emotional counseling & support.

90 minute initial visit – health history, physical exam, nutrition consultation, smoking questionairres, signing of smoking cessation contract
7 X 45 minute follow up visits over 4 weeks – includes acupuncture, counseling & other support
