Ingredients:
2 fresh mangoes, peeled and diced
4 Israeli cucumbers (smaller than English or American), diced
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 large red onion, finely diced
1 bunch cilantro (kusbara), finely chopped
1 tbsp ground coriander
juice of 2 limes (or 1 lemon if you can't find lime - difficult here in Israel)
fresh ground sea salt + pepper to taste
